Duplex appartment for 6 people renovated in 2022 ideally located at the foot of the slopes of Les Menuires in the 3 valleys ski area sector Preyerand, Residence Belleville Caron. 

Aspect south, View of the mountain, Skis on foot, Shops on site


Quiet area, close to the shops and to the centre of the station.


Our appartment comprises : 

- On the ground floor : a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a living and dining area (including a comfortable sofa bed) and a balcony, 

- On the first floor: a double bedroom intimate and romantic with a view on the mountains, a shower room with a towel dryer, a sleeping area with bunk beds and separate toilets.  

- Ski room in front of the appartment with ski boot dryer 


After a day of skiing, you will be happy to be back in this cosy appartment.


There is a ski room in front of the flat to store your equipment. For your convenience we have installed a boot dryer for 6 pairs of boots and storage space for your ski equipment.

We have provided a snow shovel to clear your car of snow on the day of your departure if there is snow in the way. It will be in the ski room.

General terms and conditions of rental

Arrival
You can arrive in the apartment from 15 hours thanks to your door unlocking code received by mail or sms. It will be the same until your last day and changes automatically at the end of your stay for security.

You have a free parking at the foot of the residence.

Snow on the parking? no problem, a snow shovel is available, it is in the cellar.

To reach the apartment from the entrance, go left > cross the corridor > take the odd elevator (select floor 3) or take the stairs (go up 1 floor) then a door will be on your right which gives on a corridor. The apartment at the end of the corridor will be yours N°318
Departure
You have until 10am on the morning of your departure. So that the next tenants can have the accommodation as soon as possible, it is important to respect these times. If you leave the day before, please send us a message to inform our cleaning lady 😀

Take out the garbage and do not forget anything in the apartment 😉
